Taiji in Central Park - Summer 2003 - 2005
The 2005 Sunday Morning Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan Group meets at 8:45 in front of Delacorte Theater
(79th/81st street entrance/West side of Central Park) begiining in late March. We
practice basic exercises, the First Duan, and review elements of the Kunlun Sword Form.
We also keep a keen eye out for birds and turtles.
